The Raindrop Summer Internship for Kerry Group Hong Kong employees' children has entered its tenth year! Starting from 2024, we have included more tertiary students from various backgrounds to join the programme, including awardees from Zheng Ge Ru Foundation Bursary, Joyce M. Kuok Foundation Bursary and CareER Scholarship supported by the Group. The CareER Scholarship programme specifically, are awarded to outstanding students with special learning needs. We hope to nurture a diverse and an inclusive workplace through this internship programme.
We welcome students who are currently enrolled in any local or overseas full-time programme at a tertiary institution. Our programme focuses on nurturing strong work ethic and positive attitude through the dedicated mentorship of experienced colleagues.
The placement runs from 22 June to 14 August 2026. Interns can expect on-the-job assignments, skills workshops, industry sharing and visits to Kerry Group’s various company sites.
Applicants may be assigned to work in any of the Group’s companies, regardless of where their parents work. Students will be selected through an interview process with results announced in May.
